DESCRIPTION:
Waterbury Clock Co., Waterbury, Conn., "Fostoria" wall clock, 8 day, time only, spring driven movement in an oak case with 12 inch painted metal dial.
CONDITION:
The case has a rubbed down original finish. The finials do not match the Waterbury reference sources exactly, but suit the clock very well. Two small applied rosettes are missing from the top of the case. The large, signed dial has some light circular scratches but is overall very good. The fancy steel hands are original. The brass pendulum is old. Rear paper label on the back and signed beat scale inside the case. The movement is signed.
